WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on full priced bikinis bought from beachbabeswimwear.com with tags and liners attached, free of make-up and deodorant - minus a restocking fee for shipping & handling. You have 14 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a refund.

We also offer FREE exchanges on full priced bikinis - no return or shipping fees.

Please note all accessories, clothing and Final Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Sale items purchased at a discount of 25% off, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are eligible for exchange of same item or of equal value.

Pre-Order items can be returned for a refund up to 14 days form ship date - minus processing and shipping fees. Please email to complete return.

Once we get your items back your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn. 

WHERE DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?

Returns can be submitted below following a few simple steps.

Step 1  Submit a return request HERE

Step 2  Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels with in 5 days (downloadable in step 1).
Step 3  Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being delivered at Beach Babe. Exchanges or store credit will be processed in 2-3 business days.

WHAT CONDITION DOES MY SUIT NEED TO BE RETURNED IN?

Swimsuits that are being returned for a refund, exchange or store credit must be sent back in sellable condition.

Due to health regulations, Beach Babe will not accept returned swimsuits with stains or odors such as deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume or smoke.

Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Beach Babe Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 7-10 business days

CAN I RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS?

All items marked as final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please reach out to info@beachbabeswimwear.com. You can also review our fit expert page before you place your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items. Occasionally we can accept an exchange for sale items if item is available,but customer will be required to pay return shipping both ways.

HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

We offer easy returns for store credit or exchange on international orders. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S. just reach out to our Customer support team at info@beachbabeswimwear.com and they will assist you. Once your return is approved by our team you will receive a return number to include include in your return package. Please note international customers are responsible for paying for the shipping and handling of their return order.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

Gifts can be returned up to 30 days from purchase date. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached. No stains or orders and in sellable condition. ( please see condition of a returned suit) Please email info@beachbabeswimwear.com including the order number or gift givers first and last name, to return a gift. All gifts including sale items are eligible for store credit only. Holiday Gift returns will be accepted till January 15th 2019 

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEM?

Defective or missing items must be reported to customer service (info@beachbabeswimwear.com) within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your items can be exchanged and properly processed. False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

DO YOU OFFER ORDER CANCELLATION?

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.

REFUNDS OVER $500

If you return over $500 in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you directly via email if you are no longer eligible for our general return policy.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe shipping address. Beach Babe Swimwear does not replace or refund stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. We are not responsible for these delays.

Please contact us if you seem to have trouble tracking your package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

An email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Some orders may require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Beach Babe Swimwear.

 Beach Babe Swimwear is not responsible for lost international packages. By ordering on our site you agree to these terms

STORE RETURN POLICY

Beach Babe stores accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase date for full priced bikinis and clothes. All returns must be accompanied by theoriginal receipt with tags still attached, and hygiene liners still in place.

What items are not returnable?

- Bikinis bought during sale parties 

- Final sale bins

- Clothing 30% OFF or more

- Accessories including: Sunglasses, Body Care, Jewelry, Shoes, Floaty's, Gift Cards, or promotional items 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?

To keep your new bikini in the best condition we recommend that you avoid sitting on or up against rough surfaces - keep a towel handy and keep your bum comfy! After a dip in the ocean or pool, rinse bikinis off with freshwater. This keeps your suits looking vibrant. Swimwear is not made to be thrown in the washing machine. Instead, hand wash your bikini with mild soap in cold water. Most of our colors will not bleed but to be safe please do not mix light and dark colors while washing. Line dry or dry flat, do not wring, twist, or iron. Always avoid contact with oils, sunscreen, and heavily chlorinated pools.
