Returns & Exchanges


All exchanges are free and super easy! Please select the items you’d like to exchange for when submitting your exchange. A new order will be placed immediately. Exchanges will be shipped in 2-3 business days once we receive your return. For time sensitive exchanges please alert us by emailing

Exchanges must be sent back within 5 days of submitting the form, otherwise we will not hold the new items you are exchanging for. If an exchange comes back late and the item(s) are out of stock, we will issue store credit - which never expires.


If you can not find a product you love, we accept returns on full priced bikinis bought at within 14 days from the purchase date. Refunds are subjected to an 8% restocking fee that's deducted from the total refund amount. Returns for a refund must be received with in 10 days from the initial return date. All returns received later will default to store credit. 

Items that are marked Final Sale, Body Care, Shoes, Clothing, Sunglasses, and Accessories can not be returned for refund or store credit.

  • Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy.
  • Refund items must be sent back within 14 days of the order date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, liners still in place and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Final Sale marked items, Accessories, clothing, shoes, sunglasses, and body care products are non-refundable.
  • All returns must go through our return portal, include a return request form and accompany the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip please print out your order confirmation email. 
  • All late returns and unauthorized returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Beach Babe E-Gift Card.
  • Final Sale item(s), unauthorized and late returns will either be returned to sender, or subjected to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business from the date we received the items. 
  • Orders that where previously an exchange can only be returned for store credit. Minus exchange shipping fees.



We accept refunds requested within 14 days of order date. Refunds will be retuned to the original payment method. Returned items are inspected, and subjected to an 8% restocking fee. Refunds are only valid on full priced bikinis. Items purchased with a discount of 20% or more, are not illegible for a refund. Customers who return over $500 of product within 6 months are subject to a modified return policy and your return will be rejected. Previously exchanged orders can not be returned again for a refund. 



Want something different altogether, or not ready to shop yet? We can issue  store credit to use towards anything on or in-store. It never expires, so you can use it for upcoming new releases - or save it for a rainy day! Store credit will be issued once items are received in new unworn condition with tags and hygienic liners in place.



Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery date. Please email for assistance.



Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days from purchase date. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached. No stains or odors and in brand new condition. Please email including the order number or gift givers first and last name, to return a gift. All gifts including sale items are eligible for store credit only. Holiday Gift returns will be accepted till January 15th 2019 



Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.



We do not offer price adjustments. 



Returns for a refund must be received within 10 days from the initial return date. All returns received later will default to store credit. Returns received in our Distribution Center or retail locations after 10 days of return being submitted, are considered to be “late” returns, we do not accept late returns.



We accept store credit only within 14 days of purchase date for items bought in-store. Online orders can NOT be returned in-store to avoid the restocking fee. Online orders have a restocking fee even if returned in store.
