Our commitment to helping women feel beautiful and confident is our product guarantee. Simply Put... love the product or send it back. 

30 Day Returns - 14 Days for a Refund (online orders only) - 30 Days for Exchange or Store Credit (online or in-store orders).

Refunds do not include an 8% shipping & processing fee.

Items not returnable - Final Sale items (some exceptions apply), Buy one Get one Free, Items discounted 25% or more, Black Friday Sales, jewelry, accessories, hats, shoes, and body care products.

Condition - All items MUST be returned in sellable condition with tags and liners attached.  (think would I buy this full priced)

Returns for a refund must be sent back within 14 days from order date. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving your return pieces.

can I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned within 30 days from ship date. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached. Must be sent back with no stains or odors and in sellable condition. Please email including the order number or gift givers first and last name. (excludes BF/CM and Final Sale marked items) 

do you offer prices adjustments?

The price shown on the web site at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item(s) has changed after purchasing, the new price is not transferrable to a previous order. We do not offer price adjustments.

what items are final sale?

Final Sale marked items, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Sample Sale or BOGO sale items are non-returnable for store credit or exchange. 

condition of a returned suit

Swimsuits that are being returned for exchange or store credit must be sent back in sellable condition, and with original tags attached. (NOT accompanying it or in the bag with it, must be ATTACHED) No exceptions

Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer OR 50% will be deducted from item price. It is at Beach Babe Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled or not sellable.

Beach Babe WILL NOT accept returned swimsuits with stains and odors such as deodorant, cosmetic stains, perfume, smoke or skin flakes. NO EXCEPTIONS

late returns

Beach Babe requires items to be returned within 10 days of exchange or store credit initiation date. Returns received in our Distribution Center or retail locations after 10 days, are considered to be “late” returns. Any late returns will be refused and sent back to the customer.

defective items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 1 business day of delivery date. Please email for assistance. Reported after 1 business day customer must pay shipping cost to exchange.

do you offer order cancellation?

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately. If you reach out to us immediately we may be able to catch it but it is not Guaranteed.
