WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Beach Babe Swimwear prides itself on making the highest quality bikinis that are eco friendly, and a store credit only policy allows us to continue to produce sustainable one-of-a-kind bikinis that are custom made in small batches right in California!

Due to our high demand items must be returned with in 14 days to ensure your exchange is still available.

  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Beach Babe E-Gift Card
  • All exchanges are free of charge please select the new items when submitting your return and your new order will be placed immediately. Exchanges will be shipped once we receive the returned items back.

  • U.S. Domestic - Please access our online return portal for step-by-step instructions on how to return. Click  HERE.
  • International - Email info@beachbabeswimwear.com for information on how to return your items back to Beach Babe.
  • Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:
  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the ship date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, liners still in place and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Accessories, shoes, and body care products are non-returnable.
  • All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form please print out your order confirmation email.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
Final Sale item(s) or late returns will be returned to sender, or subjects to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered.

We provide FREE pre-paid return labels; you are not responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email info@beachbabeswimwear.com for assistance before returning.

All returns must include a return request form or packing slip. If you do not have a return request form please print out your order confirmation email.

WHERE DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?

Returns can be submitted below following a few simple steps.

Step 1  Submit a return request HERE

Step 2  Ship your return back using our prepaid return labels with in 5 days (downloadable in step 1).
Step 3  Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being delivered at Beach Babe. Exchanges or store credit will be processed in 2-3 business days.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

Gifts can be returned up to 30 days from purchase date. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached. No stains or orders and in sellable condition. ( please see condition of a returned suit) Please email info@beachbabeswimwear.com including the order number or gift givers first and last name, to return a gift. All gifts including sale items are eligible for store credit only. Holiday Gift returns will be accepted till January 15th 2019 

DO YOU OFFER ORDER CANCELLATION?

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not offer price adjustments.

LATE RETURNS

Beach Babe requires items to be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, as stated in our Returns Policy. Returns received in our Distribution Center or retail locations after 14 days after return is submitted, are considered to be “late” returns.
