our return policy

We want you to love the fit of your Beach Babe pieces, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please go to return portal to initiate a return or exchange. We offer free return shipping on all full priced orders within the United States.

30 Day Returns - 14 days for a refund (online full price orders only) - 30 days for exchange or store credit (online or in-store orders).

Refunds are subject to an 8% shipping & processing fee.

Items not returnable for a refund - Final Sale items, items discounted 25% or moreBuy one Get one Free, Black Friday Sales, Jewelry, sample sale items, accessories, hats, shoes, and body care products.

Condition - All items MUST be returned in sellable condition with tags attached and liners still in place. (think would I buy this full priced)

We appreciate your business and for the opportunity to serve you. We hope you love the product but if not, please return with care! We can not resale and soiled items. No Stains. No Smells.

Refunds process in 7-14 business days.

Please note: SAMPLE SALE items are not returnable for minor defects. All sample items are wearable and priced accordingly.

can I return a gift?

Gifts can be returned within 30 days from ship date. All tags and hygiene liners must be attached. Must be sent back with no stains or odors and in sellable condition. Please email info@beachbabeswimwear.com including the order number or gift givers first and last name. (excludes BF/CM and Final Sale marked items) 

do you offer prices adjustments?

The price shown on the web site at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item(s) has changed after purchasing, the new price is not transferrable to a previous order. We do not offer price adjustments.

what items are final sale?

Final Sale marked items, clothing, accessories, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Sample Sale or BOGO sale items are non-returnable for store credit or exchange. 

condition of a returned suit

Swimsuits that are being returned for exchange or store credit must be sent back in sellable condition, and with original tags attached. (NOT accompanying it or in the bag with it, must be ATTACHED) No exceptions

Suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer OR 50% will be deducted from item price. It is at Beach Babe Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled or not sellable.

Beach Babe WILL NOT accept returned swimsuits with stains and odors such as deodorant, cosmetic stains, perfume, smoke or skin flakes. NO EXCEPTIONS

late returns

Beach Babe requires items to be returned within 10 days of return initiation date (when return label is created). Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 10 days, are considered to be “late” returns. Any late returns will be will be given store credit.

defective items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported ASAP, (we cannot stress this enough)! Please email info@beachbabeswimwear.com or text us at (951) 696-2223. Include pictures.

Please note: SAMPLE SALE items are not returnable for minor defects. All sample items are wearable and priced accordingly.

do you offer order cancellation?

Because we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel an order once placed as processing begins immediately. If you reach out to us immediately we may be able to catch it but it is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Handling

when will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm PST are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to fully process your order. NOTE: For Black Friday or major sales events, processing time may take up to 2-3 business days to fully process. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays. 

free standard shipping

For most orders, allow 4-6 business days for delivery. Some international orders can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Standard Shipping free for any US order $150+

Shipping price for orders below $150 are calculated based on mailing zip code and package weight.

two day shipping

Order must be submitted before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday

2-day shipping is calculating based on shipping zip code and only offered in the USA. Shipping time frame should be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

Insternational shipping is calculated based on shipping Zip code. Current shipping restrictions in some countries are only allowing UPS or DHL. Please contact us if you need any help.

will I get a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive one, email info@beachbabeswimwear.com for assistance. Some orders may require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

will I have to pay additional duties and tax?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. 

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Beach Babe Swimwear.

For assistance in calculating the potential total amount of duties/tax on your order, visit https://www.simplyduty.com/ and enter all information from your order. Use "bikini" for 'product description' for the most accurate estimate. 

Beach Babe Swimwear is not responsible for lost international packages. 

need help tracking an order?

Email us at: info(at)beachbabeswimwear.com if you're having trouble tracking your package. Please allow tracking to update within 24-48 hours before contacting us. 

Customers are responsible for providing a safe shipping address. Beach Babe Swimwear does not replace or refund stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation. 

There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for these delays.

All of our swimwear is handmade in California and is made using sustainably made or eco-friendly fabrics and biodegradable packaging products as much as possible. We work with local artists to create custom designs for all of our prints and pride ourselves on being an eco-consciousAmerican-made brand created by women for women. We make our bathing suits in small batches to eliminate waste and to reduce our carbon footprint on this beautiful planet we call Earth. By wearing our premium line of swimsuits handmade in the USA, we aspire to inspire other Beach Babes to support ethnical fashion brands.
